Requirements
- A deposit is due at the time the reservation is made:
Campsites: $50.00 & Cottages: $150.00
- A three day minimum stay is required during the Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day holidays. No early checkouts allowed during holidays.
- Check in time is 12 P.M.
- Check out time is 11 A.M.
Cancellations
- Campsites: Reservations must be canceled by noon, three days prior to the date of arrival or the deposit will be non-refundable. Reservations canceled before the deadline will receive a refund of their deposit less a 20% processing fee.
- Cottages: Reservations must be canceled by noon, seven days prior to the date of arrival date or the deposit will be non-refundable. Reservations canceled before the deadline will receive a refund of their deposit less a 20% processing fee.
Refunds
- Campsites: To qualify for a refund, one must checkout by 11am after their first night of camping. If the guest stays past 11am after their first night of camping, the remainder of their stay will be non-refundable for any reason. No refunds may be given during holiday periods.
- Cottages: There will be no refunds on rental units for any reason.
