Policies
Minimum Stay:
A three day minimum stay is required during the Easter, Memorial Day,
Independence Day
and Labor Day holidays.
Groups: We are unable to accept groups larger than 2 sites for any
reason. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policies
Campsites:
Reservations must be cancelled by noon, three days prior to the date of
arrival or the deposit will be non-refundable.
Reservations cancelled before the deadline will receive a
refund of their deposit less a 20% processing fee.
Cottages: Reservations
must be cancelled by noon, thirty days prior to the date of arrival date
or the deposit will be non-refundable.

Refund Policies
Campsites:
To qualify for a refund, one must checkout by 11am after their first night of
camping.
If the guest stays past 11am
after their first night of camping, the remainder of their stay will be
non-refundable for any reason.
Cottages: There will be no refunds on
rental units for any reason.
